What You Can Ask
How It Works
Tell Sift what you need to accomplish and when it’s due. Sift considers:- Your calendar — What’s already booked
- Your frames — When you’re available
- Task deadlines and priorities — What’s most urgent
- Your preferences — Morning person? Night owl?
Frames (Availability)
Frames tell Sift when you’re available. Set them up first for best results.Timeblocks
Timeblocks are the scheduled work sessions Sift creates. Each block:- Has a specific task assigned
- Appears on your connected calendar
- Can be adjusted manually or through chat
- Includes reasoning for why it was placed there
